During Milan Design Week – April 7 to April 13 – the Fantini Milano showroom at Via Solferino 18 will present a preview of two outdoor shower designs in progress by the Florentine designer Marta Sansoni, in her first collaboration with the company.
These showers were conceived to harmoniously integrate with the outdoors, with nature, plants, the wind. They draw their inspiration from natural and vegetal elements such as the bamboo cane or the harmonious curvature of a willow branch that bends on the edge of a body of water, offering a delicate and sophisticated interpretation, characteristic of the designer’s design poetics.

The exhibition set up in the outdoor area of Fantini Milano facing Via San Marco was created by the same designer: the stacked and staggered slatted wooden platforms evoke swimming pool decks that randomly accommodate the showers. Two small tubs offer a humorous reference to the exhibition, completed with broad-leafed plants that evoke a luxurious garden, and an intimate little living area that blends indoors and outdoors, suggesting a continuous way of living with no borders or constrictions.
